Don’t you just love the word of God, the Bible? I love reading it, studying it, talking about it. The more I read, the more fascinating it becomes. The more I let the word work in me, the more awesome it becomes. And yet, there are times when other things take time from this.

How has your Bible reading been lately? I strongly recommend to (re)start taking regularly some quiet time before the Lord. Each time keep reading the Bible until God speaks to your heart. I bet you don’t even need to go very far. The Bible is real stuff! The Bible is not just a bunch of old tales. The Bible is God’s wild word for us. God speaks to us through its pages.

Even such a tiny sentence in the Bible as 1.Sam. 10: 26 has profound meanings. It says “Saul also went to his home at Gibeah, and with him went warriors whose hearts God had touched.”

It is God who touched individually all these men. God poured his love and grace on these men. It is God who changes us. It is God who blesses us. It is God who touches us. God is holy. But he loves us and wants to abide in us.

I want to be a person whose heart God continues to touch. I want him to abide in me, change me, renew me, and work in me. So I continue to read his word, listen to him to talk to me, praise Him and adore Him. Why don’t you join me? Let’s start a club of people whose hearts God has touched!
