Thank you for this post.  Sometimes this is easy to forget when the ways of the world surround us.  Thanks for the reminder.

I see a theme in today’s readings- God doesn’t deal with us how we would deal with us. Instead He is abundant in patience as we grow and mature.
Man, He really is a great leader!
    But are we great followers?

God really is way more wonderful than we can even imagine. God is so worthy of all the worship we can manage. I loved the verse of today:
“Yours, LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the
majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, LORD, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all.” -1 Chronicles 29:11 ”
But are we great followers? Only by God’s grace. And there’s as much grace as we ask for. So let’s keep on asking God to keep on making us better followers. He will respond…with loads of grace!
Thanks, TC, for your thought-provoking comment. Grace upon grace!

        Daily I need that grace!
My post today is on Costly Grace…it is so precious, that many don’t treat it as such is sad.
