I find it interesting that even some Christians live in fear of Friday the 13th and other superstitions. Like Christ’s victory over death and evil would not mean anything. Yes, I know there are evil forces in the world. But our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has won the battle already. We are on the victor’s side. Also on Friday the 13th. So what are we going to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against…
Some encounters have left me a bit dumbfounded lately. I’ve met some friends and acquaintances who are Christians and they told me they’ve been looking for answers for their problems from New Age or mindfulness or something else but not from Jesus. I find it very sad that Christians don’t know Jesus and his power. They haven’t learned to embrace Jesus for all who he is. Somehow, they don’t know Jesus is all they ever need. I’m convinced that nothing can separate us from God’s love in Christ…Pin It

Why are you crying the blues? Fix my eyes on God— soon I’ll be praising again. He puts a smile on my face. He’s my God. (Psalm 42:5…Pin It
God gave us different seasons. Not only in the nature but also in our lives, even in his presence in our lives. If we understand different times as seasons we are more willing to embrace them as they come. But do we need seasons? I think we do. The change of a season in our lives or in the nature wakes us up to see that time flies, that everything is not same old, same old forever. It is so…Pin It
