Weekend Prayer Wall {Oct. 27-28}

Let us pray! God is listening!
To say prayers in a decent, delicate way is not heavy work. But to pray really, to pray till hell feels the ponderous stroke, to pray till the iron gates of difficulty are opened, till the mountains of obstacles are removed, till the mists are exhaled and the clouds are lifted, and the sunshine of a cloudless day brightens-this is hard work, but it is God’s work, and man’s best labor.
~ E.M. Bounds

God shapes the world by prayer. Prayers are deathless. The lips that uttered them may be closed to death, the heart that felt them may have ceased to beat, but the prayers live before God, and God’s heart is set on them and prayers outlive the lives of those who uttered them; they outlive a generation, outlive an age, outlive a world.~ E.M. Bounds

Prayer is the window that God has placed in the walls of our world. Leave it shut and the world is a cold, dark house. But throw back the curtains and see His light. Open the window and hear His voice. Open the window of prayer and invoke the presence of God in your world.~ Max Lucado

Let’s see His light! Let us pray! God is listening!

Dear God,
We love you and we adore you.
We bring to you our heavy laden hearts,
give us peace and rest.
We bring to you our concerns and requests,
give us your best.
We bring to you our families and friends,
bless each of them.
We bring to you our everything,
may your will be done.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, let’s pray in Jesus’ name!

Write your own prayer or leave a prayer request in the comment section or if you are a blogger link up your own prayer post. Feel free to pray for each other. Just know that someone will pray for you/with you. But because this is a global prayer wall, sometimes – due to the time differences – prayers are not instant. But know that God hears you 24/7! May God touch your heart in a profound way and bless you according to your needs and His plan.
